FOUNDERS
Chloe
Chloe Mohajer trained as a lawyer in the United Kingdom. She was called to the Bar in England and Wales in 2006 and worked as an Associate at the Financial Services Authority, both in London and Singapore.
As a mother of three, Chloe is currently engaged full-time in building vibrant outward looking neighbourhoods, which involves facilitating educational spaces for children, youth and adults and empowering others to develop their capacities.
Derrick
Derrick is a military veteran with decades of experience leading young men and women from Gen X to Gen Z. He retired from his final U.S. Navy assignment in Singapore — where he still resides. Post retirement he co-founded Tiger Teens where he now uses his military training and years of experience in combat sports to train Tiger Teens coaches and mentors. Derrick believes Tiger Teens is for youth, by youth and entrusts Gen Z and Gen A coaches to lead programs and sessions. Combining their respective experiences in sports and education, Derrick and his fellow co-founder Chloe started volunteering together to mentor teens in Singapore in 2023.
After seeing and hearing countless testimonies of transformation from parents and teachers, they decided to activate a social enterprise. Two years later they officially launched Tiger Teens with the goal of providing an international program that strengthens the mind, body and soul for boys and girls of all ages and backgrounds.
