Strength & Conditioning

Mentorship is absolutely critical to child development. A good coach is part mentor, part teacher and absolutely is the catalyst to the learning process.

Through our strength and conditioning program we foster a love of being active through empowerment and being present for the young people we are working with.

What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead. What sets us apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it. We take time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn.

Muay Thai

Muay Thai is more than a sport; it is a way of life, practiced equally by men and women, boys and girls for fitness, self-defence, competition and a cultural art.

Through our Muay Thai program kids will develop character through learning the fundamental values of respect, honor, tradition, fair-play, and excellence.

Boxing

Our boxing program provides structure, mentorship, discipline, and emotional regulation for at-risk youth. Boxing supports mental health, confidence, life skills, and positive pathways that carry far beyond the ring

Martial Arts

Our basketball program creates a safe and supportive environment for youth to discover their true potential, develop essential life skills, and cultivate a sense of belonging and teamwork.

By emphasising resilience and character-building, we empower these young individuals to overcome adversities they may face, both on and off the court
